Well I better get going and start cooking dinner. I'd like to eat before 6:30 tonight and I've got to sear the roast for the pot roast so I will see you all next Sunday and I guess we will be taking off for Thanksgiving weekend?

I cook it for Jay with a red wine and blackberry demi Glace. I don't eat it myself...but they say it's really good.
