It's different but really good.

With carrots onions potatoes and mushrooms and a mushroom gravy. I can't have too many potatoes since it interferes with my diet but I will have at least one.

I hate venison...yuck. we had lots of veggies though...never had potvroast until I made it myself.

That would have been wonderful to have it for Sunday dinner. We ended up having venison stroganoff at least once a month and I just couldn't stand it. I grew up thinking that's what beef tasted like. Boy was I surprised when I had my first real steak on a grill.
