We are back. Tell you something exciting. We visited a farm last thurs. Mum now knows what is environmental friendly and sustainable farm. They use water from the mountain and the water tastes sweet. They have their own solar. The good thing is they dug 5 lakes. Each lake has a pump. The pump will pump water into the underground pipes for irrigation if there is no rain

They have a lot of fruit trees and we picked fruit seasonal fruit: passionfruit, coconut, comport, advocado, macademia, mango, starfruit. papaya etc... Ah, do you have starfruit in your area?

The only thing is their kitchen does not have stove. They us those square induction cookers to cook. Ah... do you use gas or electricity to cook at home?

Some of the fruits (e.g., lai chi) still in not season yet. They did not even flower. So we have to wait.
