Last time, we tell you mum will not do her booking course anymore. I think it is worth not doing. The texbook book give a bank statement of 9 lines. But mum find the myob system has 10 lines, there is no way mum can figure out the right answer. Mum use 4 days and figure that out. Now the assessment is more interesting. It told mum to record payment first. But then mum found out this procedure will make the rest of the procedures giving you wrong info. So, mum did all the tuff first and then relock the payment again.

Tell you something exciting about mum. MUm found a house she likes and she contacted the agent who sold the land to her and granddad. Mum wanted to use Grandnad trust money to buy a house for renting because the bank will not give any interest to this type of trust account. Mum has to watch the budget MUm's other trustee the police girlfriend told mum not to buy things over $600000 and it has to be in the beaches. Mum told her that all the beaches house, including those under contruction has been sold. The average price is $700000 to 1m. Mum said she cannot buy old houses because they are around $6990000 and you need to spend a lot for maintenance. So, mum found this house- 2 to 3 years. clean and tidy, 2 street away from where mum lives. The asking price is $629000 but mum made an offer of 6150000. MUm saw the house for 30min and done deal with $625000. Here, fighting for a house is terrible. If you are not decisive, the house will go within 2 days. The vendor is a 90 yo guy who wants to sell his house and lives closer to the hospital for health reason

The good thing is it has artificial turf. No mowing. Police girlfriend told mum to put all the rent into the trust to pay tax, maintenance, insurance, council rate etc... Then mum thinks after she had cleared all the bill, she can get the left over money like text return

Glad your mom found a good house! That's great it has artificial grass and no mowing. Mom would like that, too.

Whenever Mom is ready for a house, she also wants one that's move-in ready and doesn't need a lot of work.

Mum has a stupid friend. They love growing veges and they bought a $780000 house near mum. The house is about 15 yo and the couple repainted the house ( fair enough), wanted to remove the tiles (don't think it will be convenient), chop all the trees down, build a fence at the backyard because their back are just trees and the house boundary is a cliff before the trees. They want to set up some pallings to make garden beds etc... They plan to grow a lot of things but the wife told me that it sounds they grow too much and they find it hard to cope with the work for the time being. I just wonder what will happen later on!.

That's fine to have a garden but you do need to keep it manageable. They're a lot of work.
Not sure it's a good idea to cut down all their trees, especially if they're large ones that provide shade. Those are good to have in the summer.

We are back. Last time we have floods and they drowned my plants. The nursey had 20% off all plants last week and so mum bought some back. May be she bought quite a lot, the boss gave her a tablet fertiliser as a gift. Mum just put the pots on the position without planting it. When mum dug out the soil, there is a pool of water underneath

MUm's friends got their house flooded last time. The water went to the waistline and the fridge is floating around horizontally. They climbe up onto thei neighbour's roof and waited for rescue. Now they have to throw away all the furniture and buy new ones.
