I'm sorry to hear that but glad your family didn't have serious damage and were able to help out your dad's friends. We definitely have floods around here as the town is near a river and near the coast, so also subject to hurricanes and tropical storms. Mom fortunately lives in a neighborhood that is not flood-prone (higher ground) but she knows others whose homes have flooded during the various storms we've had over the years.

Ah... Mum studied a free accountancy and booking course but she failed her quiz by 1 question after 2 attempts. You only allow do it twice and you must get everything right. Her lecturer did not give her any indication on what to do next (e.g., re-enrol, withdraw etc...) SHe has now contacted the course advisor and hop to get some advice. She said she has been studying for 3 months with no time doing other things. May be it is good for her to withdraw and haa more time to do something else (e.g., making Gab's clothes. She still has 9 to make)

FOrget to tell you, the flood made the plants have wet feet and most of them in the frontyard and backyard has died. Mum trim the plants. The gardener said it the plants still do not grow, he will come to pick them out next time when he mow the lawn

Mum started to look for a house for Granddad's trust. She found 3 on Sat. By the time she contacted the agent, 2 are already undercontract the next day! SO she needs to be quick to get a house. Do not think the market in your place is as bad as ours/?

WE did not have turkey for Xmas this year. What did you have for Xmas? Is Coco allowed to eat xmas food?
