2 lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce
Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours...that's it! Done! Serve with brown rice and you have a complete, easy meal!!

Tessa, I either get whole chicken tenderloins from the grocery store or even boneless skinless chicken breast and cut it into the size of chunks I want, I think it's cheaper that way than buying it already cut up.

oh, boy, Mama just saw this. She wrote it down and will make it, definitely. She'll probably make it like Macy said, just cut up chicken breasts. Thank you for that recipe!
