Greetings! Since last week, my cat is moaning whenever I touch her leg. In the beginning, I thought, she is only showing this behavior to me but later, I noticed she is doing the same when my sons or even husband touch her leg. We didn't find any sign of fraction or infection. When I searched online then I find this article that suggested us to go for cat x-rays. I also talked to vet and he also recommended for x-rays. So, my question is do you know any other way to find the problem behind this behavior of cat? Can you suggest any alternate of x-rays as I am afraid of the risks of radiations. Secondly, I don't know the cost associated with cat x-rays. Do you have any experience or can give any quote? Waiting for your recommendations. Also would like to hear your experiences if any of you have gone through from this kind of situation.

I agree that your cat should have X-rays done. Twinkle has had plenty of them. I was looking back through her paperwork. The cost of the first one was $84 & $42 for additional ones. The prices did vary depending on the vet, but it was always within that range. I don't have any alternate suggestions, sorry. You do need to know what is going on what that leg. She probably needs pain meds, so I think a vet visit is in order.

Thanks for your response. I am about to get some loan from dad and going with the x-rays option. Yes, the vet recommended the same.
