I was supposed to go to this party but now I’m stuck at home for the weekend, babysitting my cousin’s cat. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t anything I fed him because I strictly followed my cousin’s instructions and used the cat food from his cupboard. Now he’s vomited twice since he woke up this morning, seems really weak and has been taking a lot more naps than usual. My cousin’s away on one of those multiple city singles tours and idk what to do. Should I take Mr. Wiggles to the vet or wait for my cousin to come back? Help!

How long has be been sick for and is he eating or drinking at all? Is he still vomiting? If he isn't eating drinking or useing the bathroom and still vomiting, I will take him to the vet just to be safe

He may just be upset since your cousin is away. You should certainly watch him closely. I do think he might need to go to the vet to be on the safe side though since you said he seems weak, isn't eating much & vomited twice. You maybe can watch him a little longer. If there's no improvement, then I think you should take him. I'm sure your cousin will pay you back for the vet.

On Tuesday morning, Blue vomited twice and I immediately called for a vet appointment. I'm glad I did: she diagnosed pancreatitis, which, if left untreated, can increase and kill the cat. A vet visit will do no harm, especially since your cousin will be away for several days.
