Mum just comes across a cat article about headbutting. WE seldom headbutt mum but we do. But Gaby and Possum do not headbutt. How about you and Coco?

Yes, many of them do that. Others ask members to pledge a certain amount of money towards the campaign.

Ah... last time we told you that mum got angry with the telco company in getting her onto the internet and phoneline system. Last week, mum received a phone call from the company. They would like to give mum $90 credit and closed the case. May be mum should complain all the time to get more money! Is it the same in US?

That's good they gave your mom the credit and hopefully resolved the issue. Companies do that here, too. They want to keep their customers, lol.

Speaking about telco, WE have a group of Russian group of hackers hacking everything from one telco company, then a private health insurance company. They requested ransom or else they will release the data on the dark web. Do not think it occurs in US? I assume you are better in cyber security?

Unfortunately we have issues with cyber security, too. Companies get hacked & private info gets accessed.

At mom's work they get periodic training on how to maintain online security & watch out for hackers.

That is good. I guess your mum must be well-trained in cyber security. Can you share us some of the info you have learnt please? DO you remember mum's facebook page was hacked last time. May be the hackers know mum's pet and so they cracked the code with the help of Gaby's name. Sigh...

One important thing is using a password that's hard for someone to guess. You shouldn't use your name or relatives' or pets' names because that information is often public.
Mom uses a password generator to generate strong passwords for her sites. It's free and you can install it online.
We can send you the link for it later if you want.

Another thing is how to be alert for spam emails where hackers are trying to get your personal information, credit card number, etc. You should never give anyone that information unless you're absolutely certain they're legit.

Thanks for your valuable info. Now mum use a series of pet initials and birthdays to make long password. Mum is sure no one knows the birthday of the pets!
