Mom said her grandfather had white hair. He grew a beard, like all the guys in town for the town's centennial and momsmom thought he looked like Ernest Hemmingway.

grabs a plate and starts filling it up....no she works until 5 now tho so by th time she gets home and makes supper its later then usual....oh there is so much food!

Isn’t it hard after working all day to make dinner and clean up? Mommy used the crock pot some days she worked but she got home by 3:30, so it wasn’t so bad.

Hi Shanarra , Yes, the meat fell off the bone. Mom made meatloaf quite often in it. It was a favorite at their house.
